Serenity Pet Care will store your key indefinitely, in a safe location, at no additional charge. There will never be any distinguishing information labeled on the keys. However, some clients prefer to have their key returned after each completed service. If we need to pick up or return keys, there is a $ 30 fee. We will return keys in person or through certified mail. Alternatively, some clients prefer that we leave the key at the last visit. In this case, leave a note with instructions on how to secure your property with the key outside the home. For the safety of your pet, we will only leave the key indoors, where we can not obtain it, under two circumstances; the first being a hidden key outside the home. The second option would be if a neighbor has a key to get into your home.
